Yes. All the work happens online, so you can work with us from any district. We talk over WhatsApp, phone or video call.
How long does a website take?
Once we have your text and photos: Starter 5–7 days, Business 10–15 days, Online Shop 3–4 weeks.
What if I do not want to pay the full amount at once?
Take a Website (monthly) package. We build the website and run it on our hosting; you pay a small setup fee and a monthly fee. The minimum contract is 12 months. If the monthly fee stops, the website goes offline; you can buy it later for the one-time price.
Are domain and hosting included in the price?
No. They are separate and bought at cost in your name, so you keep ownership. They usually come to ৳3,000–5,000 a year.
Do you guarantee the #1 position on Google?
No, nobody can honestly guarantee that. We follow Google's guidelines and show progress every month. Results usually take 3–6 months to show.
Is the ad budget included in the package?
No. The package price covers our work. You decide the ad budget, and it is paid directly to Meta.
What if the AI chatbot gives a wrong answer?
The chatbot answers only from the information you provide (products, prices, hours, policies). When it does not know, it does not make something up; it asks the customer to wait and alerts you.
What do I need for a WhatsApp chatbot?
A phone number and a Facebook Business account. We handle the setup. Meta's message charges are paid by you directly to Meta.
How does payment work?
For websites, 50% in advance and the rest on delivery. Monthly services are billed at the start of the month. You can pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.
