Terms of Service
Every client receives a written proposal before work starts. The terms below are general; where your proposal says something different, the proposal applies.
Proposal and scope
The written proposal states what will be done, how long it takes and what it costs. Work outside the proposal is discussed and priced separately.
Payment
Payment can be made by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.
- Website (one-time): 50% in advance, the rest on delivery
- Monthly services (SEO, digital marketing, monthly website): at the start of each month
- Domain and hosting are outside the package price, charged at cost
- Ad budget is outside the package price and paid directly to Meta
Timeline and delivery
Stated timelines start once we have the text, photos and information we need from you. If those arrive late, delivery moves accordingly.
Monthly website plans
Monthly website plans have a minimum contract of 12 months. If the monthly fee stops, the website goes offline.
The domain stays in your name. You can buy the website later for the one-time price.
Ownership
The domain, hosting account, Facebook page, ad account and Google account are in your name. With a one-time package, the website is yours once it is paid in full.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a specific Google position, number of customers or amount of sales. These also depend on Google, Meta, the market and your product. What we promise is to do the agreed work properly and to report on it.
Content you provide
You are responsible for having the right to use the text, photos and logo you give us for the website or ads.
